Plasma Mold Chase Cleaner (PMCC)
New and Green Technology using PLASMA DISCHARGE to clean Mold on-machine: equal cleaning effect as conventional melamine cleaning, convenient and safe, health and environment friendly low cost operation.
Traditional mold cleaning method has the following disadvantages:
- Sand & Dry-Ice Blast – High risk of surface damage due to direct impact
- NaOH Cleaning – Unhealthy toxic gas and difficulty in handling chemical
- Melamine Cleaning – Unhealthy toxic gas and long cleaning duration
- UV Cleaning – Unhealthy O3 gas and minor cleaning
- Laser Cleaning – High risk and dangerous to operator
Other merits of Plasma Mold Chase Cleaner:
- Fast Payback
- Short cleaning time per chase: 180~300 sec with performance as Melamine
- Small size: 650x650x1250mm, easy to move in production line
- No process gas is needed, only normal room air
