SKYMART TECHNOLOGIES Started as a Mold Maker in 2006 by a Group of Engineers who Design, Fabricate & Assemble Semiconductor Equipment since 1980s. Over the Years, We Have Rapidly Expanded our Products to PAPER LEADFRAME, QFN TAPE, DIE ATTACH FILM, MOLD CLEANING RUBBER SHEET, JEDEC IC TRAY, EMI TAPE, DICING TAPE, MOLDING FILM, BACKGRIND TAPE.

In 2017, We Expand into EPOXY LEADFRAME which Offer Assembly Solutions.
In 2018, We Expand into EMI CARRIER FILM & JEDEC IC TRAY CARRIER.
We Offer AUTO MOLD, COMPRESSION MOLD, CHASE FABRICATION & REFURBISHMENT SERVICES with our Facilities in Singapore, China & Korea.
In 2020, We Offer ESD COATING SERVICE to our Customers on Our Mold & Conversion Kit.
In 2021, We Setup the 2nd PRECISION TOOL SHOP in Shenzhen.
We Offer MOLDFLOW SIMULATION SERVICES to Selected Customers.

In 2022, We Expand into SEMICONDUCTOR TESTING.
SKYMART TECHNOLOGIES is one of the Business Unit under the Group which currently has 3 Business Segments:
(1) SEMICONDUCTOR MOLDS – Design, Fabrication, Refurbishment and Upgrade of Automold, Conventional Mold, Customized Mold, Cavity Bar, Mold Chase and Spares. We Design with 3D Model and Moldflow Simulation.
(2) AUTOMOLD SYSTEM & PARTS – Refurbishment and Upgrade of Automold System, which Includes Software Rewriting and Programming, and Uploading of New Process Technologies.
(3) SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIALS – Supply of QFN Tape, Die Attach Film, Mold Release Film and Low Cost Teflon & Thermal Release Tape. We can Customise Material for Specific Applications.
In 2014, We Expand our Products into Molding Materials.
In 2016, We Include Bonding Wire and JEDEC IC/CHIP Tray.
In 2017, We Expand into EPOXY LEADFRAME & EPOXY WAFER.
We Have Established 2 Retail Businesses in 2012 & 2016:
(4) LED TECHNOLOGIES & LIGHTINGS – Supply from our Factories in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with Focus on Quality and Reliability, Our Main Products are the LED Strip (www.LEDstrip.com.sg), LED Neon (www.LEDneon.com.sg) and LED Grow Light (www.LEDgrowlight.com.sg).
(5) WEB MARKETING & RETAIL SALES – E-Commerce Websites Design by In-house IT Specialists, Combine with Our Stores in Shopping Malls, We Supply Good Quality Gifts & Mobile Accessories.
