Skymart Systems & Services has acquired 2 Machine Shops separately in 2009 and 2010.

Both Machine Shops are located in Singapore and has a total of 52 Years of combined experience in the Semiconductor Industry.

Our 1st Machine Shop specialises in Semiconductor Mold. We supply Conventional Mold, Auto Mold, Mold Chase, Cavity Bar and spares such as Pot, Plunger and Gate Insert.

Our customers are both the large Assembly Houses and Machine Makers. Our design and engineering capabilities include 3D Modelling and MoldFlow Simulation.

Our 2nd Machine Shop specialises in Carbide and Machine Part fabrication.

We supply trim-form tool and machine spares such as track, unit block, ejector plate, holder plate, insert etc for Assembly and Packaging Machine.

With our existing Machine Shop in Shenzhen, these facilities are grouped under Skymart Precision Tooling.

These Facilities are now All Consolidated Under Skymart Technologies.
