Skymart Systems & Services is established in 2008 to handle added customers’ demand in our services to provide Semiconductor Material and Semiconductor Machine.

Our new products and services cover Semiconductor Tape such as QFN Tape, Lead Lock (LL) Tape, Die Attached (DA) Film and Lead On Chip (LOC) Tape and Backend Machine such as Auto-Mold, Trim-Form, Lead-frame Down-set & Taping, Lead-frame and Pellet Loading, Laser Marking and Customised Automated System.

In 2009, Skymart Systems & Services has invested into a Machine Shop with 20 years experience in the fabrication of Semiconductor Mold & Spares.

In 2010, Skymart Systems & Services has invested into another Machine Shop with 30 years experience in the fabrication of Carbide Tooling and Machine Part.

In 2015, The Group has decided to Focus its Equipment Business only on Automolding System Refurbishment and Upgrade.

In Additional to Hardware Upgrade, We Have Acquired the Knowledge to Re-program and Re-write the Software.

Since then, Our Tape Business has been consolidated under Skymart Technologies.
